NPHS ROBOTICS
LAS PUMAS 2197
2024

 Las Pumas 2197 is the name of New Prairie High School’s pirate-themed robotics team. As a part of the international FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), New Prairie students gather to build their robot to compete in a game that is made entirely new each year. The creativity of each FRC game never fails to excite our members and many young people around the world, inspiring them to follow a path based in science, engineering, and technology.

WEEK 1: Mishawaka Penn District Competition: March 1st to March 3th
WEEK 5: Washington Event presented by Toyota at Washington High School: March 28 to March 30
WEEK 6: Indiana State Championship at Jefferson High School, Lafayette, IN: April 5th to April 7th (participation is dependent on if we qualify at our previous events)
